What should you do if you’re denied boarding?
In recent days, with the increase in no. of people travelling by air and with the influx of no. of airlines into our Aviation Industry, denied boarding has become very frequent. Generally, airlines allow passengers to book their seats beyond availability. Airlines practice this procedure to avoid operating the flight with unoccupied seats. As the number of such cases is increasing, refund.me India (refundme.in) is determined to help flyers get their compensation for denied boarding.
Are You Eligible For Compensation?
First and foremost, you need to figure out whether you are eligible to claim compensation from the airline on account of denied boarding, which stands true if you meet the following conditions:

What Are The Ways In Which Airlines Can Compensate?
Airlines in India are liable to refund the booking amount to the passengers who have been denied boarding.
- Airlines can compensate by informing the passengers about the over-booking in advance and arrange an alternate flight to be departed within an hour of the originally booked flight.
- Airlines can also ask passengers to voluntarily give away their seat(s) in return of any other benefits mutually decided between both the parties.
How Much You Can Claim?
