The cabin * allowance is 5 kg. The dimensions of cabin baggage must respect the size of 55x30x20 (height / width / depth) in cm. No excess baggage is allowed for cabin baggage.
Checked Baggage
The COOL, FLEX and SUPER tariffs give the right, without having to pay an additional fee, to the carriage free of 23kg of baggage. This deductible is indicated on the ticket.
BEST rates do not include a baggage allowance: customers can add a baggage allowance (23kg) by paying a flat rate of € 25 per direction when purchasing their ticket (s) .
Beyond the baggage allowance, passengers must pay taxes for excess baggage and for special baggage.
The baggage allowance for children under 2 years of age (passenger without seat) includes:
- cabin baggage,
- hold baggage of up to 10 kg,
- a foldable stroller (pushchair-cane) or a car seat in the hold.
Additional baggage allowance for disabled or reduced mobility passengers (in addition to the baggage allowance authorized by the tariff):
- 1 personal mobility device (wheelchair, electric scooter, etc.).

- Fireworks, firecrackers, Bengal lights, distress flares, dummy pistols, fire starters, tear gas.
- Camping stoves, gas cylinders, oxygen scuba tanks.
- Paint, varnish, lacquer.
- Toxic, infectious and radioactive materials.
- Chemicals, fertilizers, weedkillers, pesticides, insecticides.
- Strippers, bleach, chlorine.
- Flammable liquids such as fuel, thinner, solvent, acetone.
- Mercury thermometers and barometers.

Air travel services in India are slated for a significant increment in terms of volume of passenger traffic. The government through the Director General of Civil Aviation (“DGCA”) had, in the past, introduced certain mandatory requirements to ensure that passengers who are either denied boarding or whose flights have been delayed or cancelled, are provided with certain facilities in order to compensate for any deficiency in service. These civil aviation requirements have been amended, effective August 1, 2016 (“CAR”), wherein the compensation for such deficiencies have been enhanced.
