8.1. In case of cancellation of the airline's flight for technical reasons or for other reasons, and in case of force majeure circumstances, points for unused tickets for this flight are not charged.

8.2. In case of a forced transfer of a Program participant from one Airline flight to another flight, the route of which differs from the route on which the ticket was issued, or changes to the flight route, points will be awarded to the participant on the actual flight.

8.3. If a Program member is forced to transfer to a flight of another airline, points are not accrued on the ticket originally issued.
