Economy baggage allowance
Economy Light bookings are hand baggage only and don't include any checked baggage. If you'd like to check in a bag, you can still buy additional baggage.
Economy Classic and Delight tickets include one checked in bag. This can be up to 90 x 75 x 43cm (35.5 x 29.5 x 16ins) in size and up to 23kg (50lb) in weight.
Premium baggage allowance
If you’re booked into our Premium cabin, you can take up to two pieces of baggage. Bags can each be up to 90 x 75 x 43cm (35.5 x 29.5 x 16ins) in size and up to 23kg (50lb) in weight.
Upper-Class baggage allowance
All passengers in Upper Class can take up to three pieces of baggage, each weighing up to 32kg (70lb) and with dimensions of up to 90 x 75 x 43cm (35.5 x 29.5 x 16ins).
Children's baggage allowance
For children and seated infants, the baggage allowances above will apply. For lap infants (this is what we call children that don't need their own seat), the baggage allowance is 1 x 23kg (50lb) bag in any cabin apart from Economy Light, where there is no baggage included.

- Cigarette lighters with a blue flame, cigar lighters, and 'strike-anywhere' (non-safety) matches are banned on all flights.
- Compressed gases, whether deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable or poisonous such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and aqualung cylinders
- Smart bags (unless the batteries can be removed)
- Explosives such as fireworks, flares, sparklers, party poppers or other explosives of any kind
- Corrosives such as acids, alkalis, mercury, and wet cell batteries
- Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter fuel, paints, thinner and firefighters.
- Radioactive material
- Oxidizing material such as bleaching powder and peroxides
- Weapons such as disabling sprays, tear gas, mace, pepper spray containing an irritant or incapacitating substance
- Firearms and ammunition*
- Electroshock weapons such as tasers, containing dangerous goods such as explosives, compressed gases, lithium batteries, etc are forbidden in carry-on baggage or checked baggage or on the person.
- Briefcases and attaché cases with alarm devices installed
- Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed killers and live virus materials
- Solids such as carbon dioxide and solid dry ice

(a) you have asked for a refund after the end of the validity period for your Ticket (see Article 7);
(b) when you arrived in a country, you presented your Ticket to us, or to government officials, as evidence of your intention to leave that country, unless you prove to us that you have permission to stay in the country or you will leave that country on another airline or another form of transport; or
(c) we refuse to carry you on a flight for any of the reasons set out in Article 12, Article 13 or Article 16.

Flight cancellations are frequently noted all around the world and it’s happening more often since the global air traffic is increasing. Burden of such cancellations is bore by the passengers who are forced to book another flight by paying extra from their pockets.
Air travel services in India are slated for a significant increment in terms of volume of passenger traffic. The government through the Director General of Civil Aviation (“DGCA”) had, in the past, introduced certain mandatory requirements to ensure that passengers who are either denied boarding or whose flights have been delayed or cancelled, are provided with certain facilities in order to compensate for any deficiency in service. These civil aviation requirements have been amended, effective August 1, 2016 (“CAR”), wherein the compensation for such deficiencies have been enhanced.
