The cabin crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. This business has significantly better quality service than the European average. Flying with him is also a treat.

Ground staff have been disrespectful to me. My luggage weighed just over nine kilos and for a 30 minute internal flight I had to pay 40 euros on the spot. My suitcase was within the necessary size. I have been advised that no, I can't carry it on board because it's over eight kilograms. Over the past few decades, Aegeans have succeeded in creating an outstanding image. Was it really worth to destroy that for the sake of few extra euros that people pay for, because they are left unable to do so?

For the end of April, I had booked and charged for the Zurich flex ticket to Corfu, they cancelled the trip. You could call Athens, but you can not get there. No e-mail, talk or web chance. You note that the telephone contact is long waiting times, but you don't fix it.
