My husband & I go on a vacation every 6 months. We have been flying American Airlines for about 8 years now. We loved American Airlines for many years however the last 2 years have seen a huge decline in onboard service. I felt it was time to vent! We have been fortunate to be able to fly 1st class on our vacation trips recently & for the price paid the Flight attendants are scarce and robotic. They seem to talk more to their coworkers then passengers. I was very disappointed on our trip last week. The attenders basically “quickly did their job” then mingled with their coworkers till flight was over. Very rude. I actually put my “help light” on to request a simple blanket & no one came to help. If 1st class isn’t getting the service I can’t imagine the service for regular passengers. How disgraceful AA. Maybe you need to start riding your planes ominously to experience the ride.

Over an hour we sat in the aircraft, as a stewardess did not seem to function so we would wait for a replacement. It's because there's a start line. We had an outing scheduled for my sisters birthday at 3 pm and now at 11.45 pm. I only decided to fix the annoyance. We can do it on time, hopefully!

In the past, I traveled in the United States. I booked a ride to Las Vegas recently and soon afterwards Vegas postponed the case because of the pandemic of coronavirus. My money soon was returned by Spirit Airlines. Sadly, for the return flight from Vegas I was booked by American Airlines. The US Airways declined to offer my money back. I wish I had first tested this airline. I know now why the scores are so weak. I am now struggling with a debt that I will potentially never access until the end of the year.

Airlines is my number one source with outstanding customer service and recognition for participation. About every other month I travel to the States and every time I select American Airlines. I honestly prefer them for the same ride, even among cheaper choices. I realize they're so easy to contact and find a remedy anytime I need assistance with my booking. In this difficult lockdown, you are extremely flexible with bookings.
