Have just had to pay £ 35 for a cabin-sized bag because it didn't meet Flybe 's ridiculous requirements. I've traveled with the same cabin bag for the last 2 years with other companies like KLM and I've never experienced a problem. It's a terrible start to our holiday, and I'm not going to fly again with Flybe.

I'm flying with Flybe first and last time. I've never had any problems with my cabin bag before. The product is purchased as a carry on and has normal dimensions, but Flybe nevertheless charged me an additional £ 35 for the product. Absolutly offended

It's utterly ridiculous that Flybe figured our bags suited for the overhead lockers on the outbound trip, so they're paying us 35 pounds each for the return, claiming our bags are too heavy when they're obviously not. Why do you explain that for 1 route, not a return? Workers in Belfast City are extremely disrespectful and don't appear to follow the rules? You can't just pick and choose when the 'policy' is applied, at least show some consistency and respect.

They charged EUR 50 for my cabin luggage. Many people's cabins were not inspected, so I pointed that out to the worker, so she replied rudely. This was particularly annoying to have to pay the bill since my cabin weighted just 3 kg.
