Booked my family's journey this December from Singapore to Tokyo, via Beijing, because it is really cost effective and has proved to be fantastic. We have intact and stable our luggage. There was a lot of new films in flight content, but there were others we did not watch so that our flights took us home. The service too was good. Maybe because we can say mandarin and understand it. Not healthy, however bearable, was food. Overall, we've had a strong experience with value for money.

Recently, travelled to London in first class. The aircraft is brand new, and the first-class seats were comfortable. Although the seats are not like suites, there is privacy when you bring the partition wall along with the person near you. The food was very mild, but the crew was good. Three people were on board as well as three crew members. There's nothing interesting to tell about Air China's first class, but during the flight I felt confident and relaxed and slept for five hours without disruption.

My flight was a joy for me. The workers were supportive and polite, the food was fine. I assume that the reason that most people give negative feedback is that workers don't understand English.

Via Beijing booked to Kansa in March 2020, Los Angeles. I've had great Air China encounters. Participants are polite and food is healthy. Their reaction to the outbreak of COVID-19 is illegal however. They lied for a payout time and again. In order to get my money back, I needed to lodge a credit card lawsuit.
