They have canceled and refuse to refund the flight. They gave a free ticket that does not meet our requirements. You claimed that because of the ticket's nonrefundable nature we are not free.

The typical food was. Immigration at the airport obliged me to pay another US$ 100 for their transit hotel rather than the hotel I directly reserved. Since my first flight was Lufthansa, my flight will not be provided by Ethiopia airlines. Despite being late, we got home safely. Flight attendants have been professional and well served.

We had eight flights on this trip and they were all on schedule. Boeing is an outstanding ride, as the cabin is better tailored to two levels. Nice facilities and great cocktails. The cabin crew have been friendly and effective but they don't kneel down to talk to you. You don't have pyjamas. Food was fine, but before arrival they only served one meal, coffee and chocolate.

I predicted the worst, but I was shocked, because the flights were very good, the people were very good. They provided us a lot of food and things including sheets, toothbrush and soap, shoes and shielding my feet, and because I had longer fares, I found it good to fly with more expensive airlines that didn't have them. The only thing I can find out is that the console wouldn't function on my second flight, I called for assistance from one of the crew members, but she didn't answer.
