They 're meant to feel embarrassed! They didn't allow me to board on March 20 by giving me futile explanations. I wanted to stay the night in Düsseldorf, but they claimed I wasn't allowed because I wasn't a citizen of Germany. It has never been verified by the authority. I've been attempting to reach them by phone or email for a month to get at least a refund, but they don't trust me at all.
