Cabin crew was outstanding A very pleasant flight. I flew round-trip from Nursultan to Abu Dhabi. The cabin crew was exceptional. All in all, I will definitely reconsider traveling with them again.

Highly recommended Handled me to business class, the staff was alert, kind. Claimed for an extra pillow & amenity kit, kept on refilling my champagne glass, food was great, best sleep, highly recommended.

Worse than a low cost carrier Worse than low-cost transport. Very less legroom and seat comfort. The food was cool and bitter. One of the worst flight I have ever been in.
