Delhi to Ranchi, it was my first ever flight experience. I had to book at the eleventh hour, so the tickets were a bit costly. Pros: GoAir has its own check-in counter at the Terminal-2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport. The check-in was very smooth and quick. At the security check also, I had an excellent experience. The staff on board were very polite and professional and were readily available. I am thankful to them for making this first flight of mine wonderful. Cons: Uncomfortable seats: I rather find the AC chair car of a train / seats of an air conditioned bus better. Overpriced food: I find the food both inside the terminal and the aircraft very much overpriced vis-a-vis it's quality.

Very bad experience with Goair. I reached Goa airport at 15:00 and My departure time was scheduled for 17:35 on 25th December 2019 from Goa to Delhi but the flight was delayed 3 hours. When I ask around 20:30 to depart, Goair replied that the flight will fly at 00:45 on 26th December 2019 and they don't have any arrangement for waiting. It's a very bad experience.

The worst flight I have seen in my life, zero management always delayed also the staff is not polite and proactive at all, you only get to that the end moment if the flight is getting delayed. I never suggest any of the passengers to choose this service.

Delhi-Kolkata, they were very expensive for an Indian airline, but service was good on board and on the ground, plane new, brand new a320, no complaints at all, only their web page can be leggy sometimes but I was able to book them without trouble! young crew, food only snacks and fast food all pay on board.
