The cabin crew were very helpful and friendly. I’ve never receive such great service from an international airline ever! I highly recommend Japanese Airlines and would recommend this airline to any friends or relatives.

Imposed a liquor ban on me, cabin was very hot and muggy. The cabin teams imposed an alcohol ban because I drunk 6 cans of beer. I was neither behaving disorderly to warrant such a ban. "

Had a great experience. Seats were very comfy. Meal was delicious. Leg space was more. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Seats were wide enough, making me healthy sleeping during long haul flight, from Tokyo Narita to Chicago. One thing that I also love is the food quality! It is like eating in a restaurant with stars. In my opinion, JAL's food is the best. I would definitely fly with JAL again."
