Cancún, via Mexico City / Amsterdam, to Sofia. I want to thank KLM for saying one major thank you! I attempted to fly to Europe from Mexico for around two weeks, after my original flight with another airline was cancelled without even being informed. KLM was extremely helpful, because of the situation at the moment, my flights were still being canceled. Yet they were really sweet and they made every attempt to put me on a flight.

I flew on a charter flight with KLM on April 20-21, during the pandamic. For the first time as a teenager traveling alone, half way across the globe, it was important for me to feel safe in what the KLM succeeded. The food was certainly one of the best meals I have had for an aircraft. Besides this the entertainment on each flight is available.
