Flight and service were smooth and effective. The plane was safe, the stewardesses were polite and supportive. It's all on track. Fully pleased, the flight trip is up to my standards.

Really pleased with the operation in land and sea. People from LOT also verified in onward Aegean flights and given the boarding passes. Comfortable fast hop with free drinks and treats from Gdansk to Warsaw.

Crew on the boat, behaving as if it was a punishment to operate there. No smile, no concern, no interaction at all. Extremely inexpensive and unhealthy food, be prepared to feed until you travel. Asked for an extra glass!) (of wine, the stewardess stared at me and dismissed my order. Able to understand Polish, I could sense racial complaints on the part of the workers against Indian travelers. Evitate at all times.

The airline has also been overdue. They rarely board on schedule, so the flight doesn't start off on schedule. This is not my first trip flying with this carrier, and it is not the first trip we have been delayed by more than 45 minutes before boarding and taking off. This is quite unprofessional and displays little regard for people's time. I would never suggest this carrier to anybody else
