I find a very nice offer on business class flights from Chicago to Singapore. At first, because of some of the feedback, I was very empty but I had a very good experience. The staff were helpful and the plane was good. Dealing with the US customer service to select seats etc is a little annoying but I don't have any real concerns on the whole.
