On March 20, my wife and I flew to Auckland in Melbourne, on NZ124, about 14:00 from Melbourne. The flight attendants performed exceedingly well-courteous and knowledgeable. The support from who I think was the senior attendant on our flight was great, because when we left the terminal we could not find our transfer bus. On the scene she seemed to inquire if she could help. Soon we were on our way and we got this resolved quickly. This was particularly important considering that she was actually out of service and was going home. I can recall her name, but I want someone to thank her for us personally, if possible.
