What a fantastic crew I had, laughing and cheerful Nicole in particular, on my flight. It was a welcome change and made my trip fun. They were compassionate, friendly and effective. I am excited to know Virgen's Atlantic schedule of flights next year from Gatwick to JFK. I said how pleased I was with my trip and service to Nicole & some of my friends.

The feeling is bad. Sitting together is so close that it really was difficult to spend 7 + hours there. It was so sunny that my wife wasn't too sick when we boarded the plane and we just had to wait until we got off. In the seats were then hardly functional, and it was very hard to navigate and use the TV screens. I used to fly Virgin sometimes, but I gave my business to their competitors after this encounter. My Virgin experience was so bad.

A stunning Economy Crew. Flew. I have never sailed before with Virgin, but will surely float again! The service could not be defective, all the employees were polite, supportive, compassionate, and fun to work with, my entire party had the same feeling! The food was also really good and the entertainment was on-board. Will fly again undoubtedly.

The crew of the cabin is exceptionally kind and accepting. The number of the aircraft was VS097. I forgot to send notice about my food allergies to the airline, but the stewardess tried hard to give me vegetarian meals that would not leave me ill. Again, several thanks.
