"There was nothing to complain about" The airport was fine. The check in queue moved relatively slow. there was only one fully experienced person and plus a trainee. It was far from clear what their supervisor was for apart from talking on his phone. But everyone got through in good time. Security had three lines running. Airside there were plenty of seats, reasonable shops, clear information screens, and a better catering offer than many places. Boarding was handled to a similar standard as other airports and we left on time.

"Chaos at passport control" Horrendous and dangerous chaos at passport control. One out of six manned passport control booths to service a queue of circa 500 people in departures on gates 19-22. No control, organisation and passport control and airport security knowingly allowed the situation to build over 2 hours. Never known a situation like it, dangerous and negligent. Rude staff in cafe, appalling food and hygiene standards is utter disbelief .

"A truly dreadful airport" This is a truly dreadful airport. Check in and security were slow. However, having gone through security there was an 80 minute queue to get through passport control. When asked why the delay the airport staff were rude and hostile. Facilities were generally poor and not up the standard you would expect from a European airport.

"Airport service is fast and efficient" This is definitely not a large airport, but service was fast and efficient. The airport staff are friendly and there is quite a good selection of eateries and cafes to dine at. I was very pleased at how friendly and efficient security staff were and restrooms were very well managed.
