"thoroughly enjoyed the overall airport experience” Thoroughly enjoyed my overall airport experience. CISF staff at the entrance door were friendly and helpful. Check-in and security check was a breeze. Had waited inside the plaza premium lounge, which was excellent.

"very fast process" Delhi Terminal 3 is a really fast process airport. I just waited 10 mins for security checks. You will not see lines they are very fast in there process. While in other countries this is quite slow they took more time in the security check. Some of my fellow passengers are very happy that immigration took places very fast.

"Airport is nothing less than a cattle mart" Without suspense, one of the poorest airports I've ever been to. We traveled as an organization and upon arrival, we were asked to show our boarding passes as we entered the airport. When we said we needed to go to the counter to have them published they sent us to another door where we were then told we had to go back to the original door, who then sent us to yet another door. All of this back and forth eventually lead to us going back to the same door we originally tried to enter with no boarding passes, just our email evidence which we were then allowed to enter with even though we had them in the first place. Then insecurity, we were taken from the top of a line and put into an even longer line, causing us to then have to rush from one side of the airport to get to our gate. The airport is nothing less than a cattle mart with no one really knowing what they are doing.

"""Nice Airport"" We landed at IGI airport little late, the baggage is already on belt , we didnt have to wait , All the security & immigrations checks are also very quick , there is nice duty free shops for shopping . "
