"Is there anyone at Munich airport who cares?" I am a very frequent traveler and it is really not acceptable that for a 50 min flight, one has to wait for 30 min or more. Even from a long flight it is really ridiculous the waiting time. The waiting time for luggage has been getting longer and longer in the past year. Last week I came back from Porto and it was the same. Is there anyone at Munich airport who cares?

"was very impressed" I have used here before and was very impressed. This time my baggage got lost and I was making a connecting flight to Dublin. The Lufthansa booking in staff couldnt do enough to help me locate the missing bag and I left on my home flight without my luggage. The very next day I got a phone call from Dublin airport telling me my bag would be delivered to my home the next day and it was. My thanks go to all the folk who helped. They did a great job.

"Arriving there is time consuming" Munich airport is nice. But arriving there is time consuming because the long bus ride from the airplane which is parked in front of the satellite Terminal to Terminal 2 arrivals. There is a long queue at passport control and as always one still has to wait for the luggage. Delivery of luggage 35-40 minutes after deplaning. And as always priority tagged luggage comes last.

"baggage delivery took a very long time" I flew from Newark to Munich in Business Class. Passport control was okay but the baggage delivery took a very long time. Not enough seating at the baggage claim area. No shops, no nothing. No priority was given to priority tagged bags, instead they were delivered last. Actually it seems like you are better off not having a priority bag tag. Not a pleasant experience waiting an hour or so on my bag.
