Priority boarding on the flight was a good option, no hand luggage problem. Really good and supportive terrestrial workers. I feel that the flight attendants were still a little drained, and not inspired at the time-but they did their best. No food / drinks included in my ticket ("fundamental rate"). Flight was quick and fast, and a little forward was also fine. I can certainly not deny Eurowings, as I have in many other reviews here-sometimes the problem isn't with the airline but with the passenger itself.

I've had a weekend nightmare flying due to Storm Dennis and flights delayed etc. I also had a nightmare trying to get my EuroWings return flight and missed my flight (the only one that was scheduled that week). I was very frustrated and nervous, so I just wanted to tell your team couldn't do anything to ease the tension and take care of the situation. The airline team is a compliment and I want to thank all of them. A very young lady was also sweet and respectful in a separate notice in the safety check area. Your team personified this in a recent quote 'if you can be something in the universe, be good.' Thank you so much. Thank you.

On my flight back Eurowings charged me €30 for the same luggage I picked up from Athens to Dusseldorf on my flight out. While we were 2 travelers, they charged 30 euros with 1 baggage.

Hamburg booked to Prague for April 2020. They can only say "Ma'am, I can't cancel your trip" when I say you're disrespectful, I want to talk to your boss, she hangs on me. I was told to rebook my trip.
