The worst aviation company ever. If others were to opt for, they would only be served. Cancelled flight twice, no compo ended up extra week in NZ at big expense. So unhelpful on phone for over hour with customer service and control to boss who was just as useless. Through email, we'll contact you. However, I had to remind you that while I was here, I wanted my info.

Cancellations and bookings of flights 3 times. Air NZ gave only 1 night accomodation reluctantly with respect to its Weather Disturbance Strategy. I expended more money on Auckland airport hotels than on the flight fare itself, anticipating the rebooked flights. In the end, the whole trip had to be scrapped. For their clients, Air NZ displays so little appreciation.

On February 14th, we flew on this short flight. It was an incredibly large aircraft, plenty of space, a cautious flight crew, and refreshments. Would recommend it very strongly.

This carrier was trying for the first time. Feel very good for smoothness, easy seats, very good crew support. This is obviously not adjusted to the back of the chair.
