Baggage Rule (I)

One piece of hand baggage weighing up to 8 kg and with the sum of all three dimensions not exceeding 118 cm (55 x 40 x 23 cm) is included in all our tickets except Business class, where two pieces are allowed. In addition to hand baggage, you can take certain personal items aboard free of charge, such as a handbag, a camera or portable computer, an overcoat or similar.

• Pyrotechnic articles such as fireworks, flares, fuses, detonators
• Cartridges containing flammable gases such as camping gas
• Aerosols containing irritant substances such as defense sprays
• Flammable aerosols such as spray paint
• Containers with flammable liquids such as lighter fuel, paint, varnish, adhesives
• Flammable solids that ignite easily, such as strike-anywhere matches
• Substances that emit flammable gases upon contact with water
• Oxidizing substances, such as bleaching powder, peroxides
• Poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances, such as mercury, bacteria and virus cultures
• Radioactive materials and instruments containing isotopes
• Corrosive substances, such as acids, alkalis, wet cell lead acid batteries
• Magnetized material (strong magnets)
• Petrol proud equipment and tools

Cancellation Policy (D)

If your flight, for which you hold a valid reservation, is canceled, you are entitled to re-routing, care, refund and compensation as laid out here above. You are not entitled to receive compensation if the cancellation is attributed to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include bad weather conditions, political instability, strikes, security, risks, unexpected flight safety shortcomings. 
Equally, there is no right to compensation when the passenger has been informed of the cancellation:

• at least 14 days before the scheduled time of departure
• between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled time of departure and the alternative flight departs no more than 2 hours before the originally scheduled time of departure and reaches the final destination less than 4 hours after the scheduled time of arrival
• less than 7 days before the scheduled time of departure and the alternative flight departs no more than 1 hour before the originally scheduled time of departure and reaches final destination less than 2 hours after the scheduled time of arrival.
