Baggage Rule (I)

• The maximum size of any piece of checked baggage is 158 cm (length + width + height).
• If you need to check in extra or overweight bags, you can buy extra baggage in advance.
• The maximum weight of any checked bag is 32 kg. Only special types of baggage may exceed this limit.
• If you’re continuing your trip on another airline, other regulations may apply. More information about the baggage you can bring is available on the airline’s website.
• Infants/children under age 2 may bring 1 stroller and 1 bag weighing up to 23 kg/51 lbs (except in SAS Go Light). No carry-on bag is included for infants.

• Certain items, such as flammable, corrosive, radioactive or oxidizing items, are considered dangerous goods and may not be carried on the aircraft. 
• Tandem and electrical bicycles are not allowed on SAS flights.
• Airport security staff have the right to seize items they consider to be a risk to flight safety. For this reason, your carry-on will undergo careful inspection at airports.
• There are certain restrictions for carrying lithium batteries. 
• Hoverboards and monowheels powered by lithium batteries must be sent as cargo and may not be carried in checked or carry-on bags. 
• Electronic cigars, pipes, and cigarettes may not be used onboard SAS flights. These items must remain in your carry-on during the entire trip.
